The IV To Be Verona International Forum is aimed at developing innovative ideas and informing and training young people, adults and companies. The title of this year is: "Disruptive learning: not just technology" focusing on education, a fundamental sector that, more than any other, needs to be affected by an innovative and disruptive revolution.

The areas that will be dealt with at the Forum will be:

- education, skills development and inclinations for those who must enter into the world of work;

- lifelong learning for adults, to enable them to master new technologies and refine their transversal skills by learning an effective and performing work method;

- acceleration programs for the growth of companies, which must be able to learn and acquire an effective and scientific method for the implementation of their business.
 

We will also examine the connection between the world of work and school, with the aim of providing young people with the resources to exploit job opportunities, not only technological, but also technical/craft: skills that companies are constantly looking for.

The format of the IV International Forum To Be Verona, the traditional one divided into two parts: in the first part there will be the presentation of the theme and the most innovative projects that are present at international, national and local level; in the second, however, we decided to make the young the real protagonists. In fact, through the work carried out by working groups led by training experts, they express their vision of the future, hopes, doubts and aspirations.

Finally, we would like to highlight the prestigious connection established with ENoLL - the European Network of Living Labs - the main European innovative network - started in 2017, leading to the birth of To Be Verona Living Lab, with the participation of the City of Verona and the University of Verona.
